Early Talent Program

The Early Talent Program will provide students with valuable, real-world experience while giving MCBC the opportunity to assess talent and elevate our corporate brand. Molson Coors views the intern program as the starting point of your career. Successful interns may receive a full-time offer to join us after graduation.

Our Early Talent Program hires undergraduate students (Rising Sophomore/Junior/Seniors) that have at least one more semester before graduation to participate in the Early Talent Program.  

Our Early Talent Program is designed to:
  • - Enhance business acumen and professional soft skills 
  • - Develop functional skills related to major/field of study  
  • - Learn about Molson Coors and beverage industry  
  • - Explore multiple career paths and functions
